- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
Note: These hours apply to both order pickups and returns. Any changes due to holidays or special events will be communicated to our customers in advance.
2. Holiday Schedule
The warehouse will observe the following holidays and be closed for pickups, deliveries, and other services:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
- Christmas Day

3. Pickup Process and Flush Dock Access
For customer convenience, we offer a flush dock for easy and efficient order pickups. Here’s how to access our warehouse and utilize the flush dock:
- Order Confirmation: Ensure you have received an order confirmation with pickup details.
- Identification: Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order or authorization.
- Door Bell: Upon arrival, please ring the door bell to notify staff of your arrival and verify your pickup.
- Flush Dock: Once checked in, proceed to our flush dock for streamlined loading and unloading. The dock is designed for quick access and smooth transfers for large orders.
